The certification process for MakerVerse involved an in-depth valuation of MakerVerse's quality management system, including our policies, procedures, and processes for ensuring the quality of our parts and services. 

A two-stage audit was performed. In the first stage, the certification body reviews the documented quality management system to ensure compliance with ISO 9001. In the second stage, an on-site audit assesses implementation and effectiveness.  

Our quality management system met the requirements, so we were awarded ISO 9001 certification. In the future, we'll undergo periodic audits to maintain and improve processes.
